We offer the following shipping methods:

4. International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to selected countries in checkout. International shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination. Customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer or recipient.

The buyer is responsible for all import taxes, duties, and customs fees associated with their order. These charges are not included in the total at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient.

5. Order Tracking

6. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or if the package is refused, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs as well as the redelivery cost.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly. For high value shipments, we provide insured shipping.
